مجفف الرذاذ COMPACT DRYER‎

مجفف الرذاذ COMPACT DRYER هو مجفف مع بطانة مائع مضمنة مشكّلة مثل حلقة حول منفذ الهواء في الجزء السفلي من حجرة التجفيف.

يتم ترذيذ التكثيف وتغذيته إلى الجزء العلوي من حجرة التجفيف إما عن طريق مجموعة من الفوهات أو المرذاذ الدوار. ويدخل هواء التجفيف عموديًا عبر موزع الهواء بسرعة كبيرة ما يضمن الخلط المثالي مع المكثف المرذذ. ويحدث التبخر في نفس الوقت بينما تمر القطرات من خلال حجرة التجفيف إلى البطانة السائلة المضمنة الموجودة في الجزء السفلي لتجفيف إضافي. وفي النهاية، يتم تفريغ المسحوق إلى البطانة المائعة لنظام VIBRO-FLUIDIZER‎ للتجفيف والتبريد النهائي.

وذلك بسبب أن منفذ الهواء في الجزء السفلي من تكتل COMPACT DRYER لا يحدث إلا في البطانة المائعة مما يؤدي إلى التكتلات الكثيفة.
