Orbital cleaners work on the basis of two rotating axes, one horizontal and one vertical. The special characteristics of this type of cleaner are the round-jet nozzles that rotate in two planes and produce highly focused high impact jets for intensive cleaning of the inside surfaces of tanks or vessels.
The MR1 and MR2 range of retractors offer a unique and highly valuable method of cleaning vessels, pipe work and ducting where a cleaning head can not remain in situ when the process is running. Its design makes the In-Line sprayer IS 25 in particular suitable for the cleaning of tanks with moving components, such as straight-arm paddle agitators and scrapers.
Rotating Jet Cleaners
Slowly rotating jet cleaners use targeted flat or round jet nozzles to spray the cleaning solution on the tank wall – achieving optimum cleaning results.
Spray balls are the main components for cleaning tanks and vessels, e.g. storage tanks, CIP tanks, milk collecting trucks. We supply a variety of sizes, flow rates and configurations for a broad scope of cleaning jobs.
A special sensor system is integrated in the tank when orbital cleaning heads are used to verify the cleaning process. In this system the medium jet hits the sensor at regular intervals. The signals issued by the sensor can be used to monitor the function of the cleaner electronically and to document the successful cleaning process.
