Statement of the Executive Board
GEA Group AG regards the German Corporate Governance Code, which was first published in 2002, as a key benchmark that helps management in its efforts to run the company in a responsible and transparent fashion so as to add value. The society corresponds to all recommendations of the code in the version from May 26, 2010, with one exception. Details are found in the updated version of the Statement of the Executive Board.
