GEA Grasso M Compressor

With its new, smaller screw compressors, GEA now rounds off its GEA Grasso M series downward by adding smaller output ratings. The former spectrum of offerings began at volumetric displacements of 471 m³/h (at 2,940 rpm) and extended to 870 m³/h. The expanded series now begins at 231 m³/h. The new small models benefit from the proven and energy-efficient design: they are engineered for the speed range from 1,000 to 6,000 rpm, which allows them to cover a broad load range. The internal volume ratio (Vi) can be controlled in an extended range, which allows energy-optimized operation even at reduced condensation temperatures. In addition, the pressure-activated check valve ensures minimal pressure drop on the suction side. The GEA Grasso M series furthermore offers an integrated suction filter and an adaptive coupling casing, which simplifies integration into a package. The GEA Grasso M series represents the development of an industrial screw compressor that differs above all from conventional screw compressors in reliability and efficiency.

GEA CutMaster : The reference in cutting & emulsifying

The GEA CutMaster cuts, mixes and emulsifies all different kind of sausage products from coarse to very fine. Optionally products can be cooked or cooled. All processes are been taken place in the CutMaster and therefore independent from peripheral equipment.

It provides an exceptionally fast (more then 160 m/s) cutting speed that shortens processing times for particle reduction, mixing and emulsifying for fine and coarse sausage products. These machines are easy to use, have an automated control system, and are easy to clean and maintain.

Separator dedicated to processing algae

For the food ingredients and protein industry GEA clarifiers are used to concentrate algae. The featured GEA hydrostop system makes for very high solids concentrations (up to 30 percent) and thereby maximizes product yield. The pro series is designed to operate on an industrial scale. It features a two in one ejection system for a fast and easy change of algae types. Algae Pro can handle up to 80 000l/h.

A running homogenizing valve will be shown to simulate the passage of the liquid throughout the half-cutted and trasparent valve in order to explain the core of the process and all the advantages on dairy and beverage producs. The valve covers low and upper pressure range and is available in different versions, customizable to the customer need, this allow the optimization of the process performance and improve product quality and taste.

Homogenizing NanoVALVE

The high efficiency NanoVALVE™ optimizes the use of of the energy involved , so that the same particle size reduction can be reached at up to 30% lower homogenizing pressure.

Its special design enhance the micronizing effect on liquid emulsions, resulting in an excellent stabilization of the product and in a more efficient use of product additives, improves product viscosity and stability and minimizes running costs. Suitable for high flow-rates and moderate pressures, it's a perfect solution for food, dairy, beverages and chemical emulsions process.
